I have worked with sales teams as small as 8-10 sales people and with sales teams with hundreds of sales people. Big, medium, or small, no problem!

Absolutely! This can include helping create content, visuals and the speech and performance aspect of your presentation.
Answer
Great question! Yes, and this may be a good first start for us to work together, let you “dip your toe into the Marty Mercer pool” if you will. I can help you create a presentation or I can start with what you have and help you push it to where you need and want it to be!
Answer
Yes and No! What I bring to the table is my 8 Step Process for Building an Innovative Presentation. Once implemented you will have a consistent and repeatable process for your teams to follow. This includes analyzing who will be in the room listening, brainstorming on content (instead of dusting off the last PowerPoint deck), narrowing down your message to the top 3 key takeaways, how to make your presentation POP using various tools and techniques, using audience oriented stories to make your presentation memorable and repeatable, PowerPoint best practices, speaking and performance techniques, using other tools besides PowerPoint such as flip charts, white boards, props or software demonstrations….and lastly….building a presentation using the 8 Step Process and then practicing in front of a live audience of your peers. It is a comprehensive approach that covers these aspects and more….so it includes PowerPoint but is much more robust than “just PowerPoint”!
Answer
No! My 8 Step Process was built specifically to work for sales people, pre-sales support, product demonstration team members, sales engineers, AND internal non-customer facing people who deliver presentations internally. In other words, anyone who stands up in front of an audience and needs to deliver a compelling, engaging and powerful presentation….to either get the audience to buy something from you…. or, get the audience to get on board with your project or new corporate initiative…. or, anyone creating and delivering presentations at sales kick off meetings or all hands-on deck presentations…. that’s the right audience. In other words, just about everybody that works for you!
